Enjoy this Week’s Post in Honor of the work of Martin Luther King Jr. It is a fascinating letter particularly the emphasis on human rights and the application of Christian concepts to support his position. I know many are “turned off” by religion but it is important to understand religion for many reasons. We need is be able to confidently challenge any interpretation of Christianity that supports violence, either direct physical violence or structural violence.
