Post of the Week, 11/19/18: Consuming Mindfully Over the Holidays

It is that time of year when we consume a great deal beginning with Thanksgiving. This is a good time to reflect on the concept of interdependence and how all things in life overlap. How we consume affects our health and the health of the planet. Here are a couple of sources for you to consider.
Mindful consumption is a broader term that includes consuming in a way the preserves ourselves and the animals, plants, and natural resources that make up the world we inhabit.
